Lunches

Each registered attendee will receive CVC lunch bucks for each day he or she is registered (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday). You can use these lunch bucks and cash to purchase lunch and snacks at the concession stands in the Exhibit Hall from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Messages

A message board will be located in Lobby 2300 of the convention center. We cannot page individuals attending the conference, so please check the message board daily. We will include an emergency phone number in the final program.

Parking

If you drive to the conference each day, you can park in the underground Barney Allis Plaza Garage, located in the lot east of The Kansas City Convention Center and in front of the Kansas City Marriott Downtown. Parking is also available to the west, south, and north of The Kansas City Convention Center. The cost varies by parking lot.

Proceedings Book

All paid veterinarians, technicians, practice managers, and students will receive a 2010 proceedings book or CD-ROM. Please indicate which format you prefer on your registration form. The proceedings book or CD-ROM will be distributed to attendees on site. A limited number of additional books and CD-ROMs will be available for $60 at the registration desk.

What To Wear

When you visit Kansas City in August expect high temperatures with a chance of showers. Room temperatures inside the convention center vary and may be cool, so consider dressing in layers of clothing.
