Continuing Education Credits

The 2010 CVC in Kansas City program has been submitted (but not yet approved) for 55.5 hours of credit for veterinarians in full attendance and 35 hours of credit for technicians over four days in jurisdictions that recognize AAVSB’s RACE approval. General four-day attendance earns veterinarians 30 hours of CE and technicians 26 hours of CE without purchasing any Wet Labs or Ask the Expert Luncheons or Dinners. Each state’s licensing board will consider the program; check with your state’s board of veterinary medicine for the number of hours approved by your state. Attendees should be aware that some boards have limitations on the number of hours accepted in certain categories and/or restrictions on certain methods of delivery of continuing education. North Carolina and Texas Veterinarians
Veterinarians licensed in North Carolina and/or Texas must track each seminar hour attended with a CVC CE checklist. When you arrive, pick up the checklist at the tour/information desk and sign in on the sheet provided. Before you leave CVC in Kansas City, return your completed checklist to the registration desk and sign out on the sheet provided. A CVC in Kansas City staff member will verify your hours and give you a signed CE Certificate of Attendance. Don't leave without your certificate - we can't mail it to you!
