Mailing Lists
Pre-show and post-show mailings can extend your conference presence. To assist exhibitors in making the most of the conference experience, the CVC in Kansas City attendee mailing lists are available. Names and mailing addresses for pre-registered attendees are included in the pre-show mailing list. The post-show list includes names and addresses of all attendees that approved the release of their mailing information. Order both sets and return your mail list order form with your space application for a special rate.

Final Program, and CVC in Kansas City Proceedings
The CVC in Kansas City Final Program includes the daily schedule, activities, exhibitor list, product descriptions, and necessary last-minute details needed by attendees. Ads placed in the Final Program, and the CVC in Kansas City Proceedings book are sure to be noticed by attendees.
Promotional Activities
Requests for hospitality and promotional activities (e.g., drawings) must be submitted in writing for approval by CVC management before the event. All activities involving conference attendees must be scheduled, organized, and coordinated through CVC management. The CVC Group reserves the right to control the hours of operation.
Drawings are permitted in the exhibit hall. Please submit a written description to CVC management on how names will be collected, what prize(s) will be awarded, and how the winners will be contacted. Winners may be posted in the booth or announced over the exhibit hall PA system at the end of each day. To have a winner announced, submit a written request to the registration desk one hour before the exhibit hall closes. Show management reserves the right to deny, restrict, or edit any announcement.
